Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh digital organizational culture, digital capability, competitive pressure, dan accounting information quality terhadap innovation performance studi empiris pada pelaku UMKM di Kota Salatiga dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan data primer berdasarkan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden melalui media cetak dan link g-form. Responden dalam penelitian sebanyak 87 pelaku UMKM. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis SEM-PLS melalui aplikasi smartpls 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digital organizational culture tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap innovation performance. Hasil digital capability berpengaruh positif terhadap innovation performance. Selanjutnya hubungan variable competitive pressure tidak berpengaruh terhadap innovation performance dan accounting information quality menunjukan pengaruh positif terhadap innovation performance, Penelitian ini memberikan bukti empiris mengenai digital organizational culture, digital capability, competitive pressure, dan accounting information quality terhadap innovation performance melalui pemberdayaan digitalisasi dan memberikan kontribusi bagi akademisi dan peneliti dengan mendukung teori difusi inovasi
