Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the direct influence of Transformational Leadership on
Innovative Behavior, the direct influence of Transformational Leadership on Job
Satisfaction, the direct influence of Job Satisfaction on Innovative Behavior and the
indirect effect of Transformational Leadership on Innovative Behavior with Job
Satisfaction as an intervening variable.
The subjects in this study were teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Pengasih and SMK
Negeri 2 Pengasih. The sample used 132 respondents who were determined by
saturation sampling method. The analytical tool used in this research is Structural
Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS version 22 software.
Based on the results of data analystics carried out in this study, the results
show that Transformational Leadership has a significant positive effect on
Innovative Behavior, has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction. Job
Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Innovative Behavior, and Job
Satisfaction mediates the relationship between Transformational Leadership and
Innovative Behavior.
