Abstract
This study discusses how the influence of Family Relationship Culture on Employee Performance through Affective Commitment at Sungai Bengkal Health Center. This type of research uses quantitative methods. With the number of samples in this study were 84 employees including 53 permanent employees, 22 contracts, 9 TKS. The data technique used for sampling is using a sampling technique, with a questionnaire method. The quantitative analysis technique used in this research is path analysis with hypothesis testing using regression analysis including partial test (t), simultaneous test (F), and sobel test. The results showed that family relationships have a significant positive effect on affective commitment, family relationships have a significant positive effect on employee performance, affective commitment has a significant positive effect on employee performance, family relationship culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance through affective commitment.
