Abstract
The filing of medical records must be accurate in order to achieve good information for patient safety culture. Lack of filling in medical records can be a problem because the patient medical records contain data to improve its service quality. The purpose of this study was to determine the compliance of healthcare workers with standard operating procedures for medical records in establishing a patient safety culture at the Gambiran Regional General Hospital, Kediri. The research design used quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach and interview. This study's sampling technique was simple random sampling, with 80 people. It consists of 29 doctors, 42 nurses, and 9 midwives. The data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling analysis using Partial Least Square. The results showed that the predisposing factor for compliance behavior was 3.473 (p-value 0.001 <0.05) while the reinforcing factor was 1.538 (p-value 0.125> 0.05) and enabling factors was 1.372 (p-value 0.171> 0.05). Indeed, it can be concluded that predisposing factors influence the determinants of health workers' compliance with operational standards for medical records in building a patient safety culture. While enabling factors and reinforcing factors do not affect the Health Workers' Compliance with Operational Standards for Medical Records in Building a Patient Safety Culture.
