Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dimensi supply chain management terhadap competitive advantage. Subjek penelitian ini adalah para owner coffee shop di Yogyakarta yang telah berdiri 1 tahun atau lebih yang memahami rantai pasok dan strategi persaingan coffee shop yang dikelola. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan sampel responden sebanyak 84 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel metode nonoprobabilitas berupa purposive sampling dengan penyebaran kueisoner kepada responden menggunakan google form. Alat analisis yang digunalan adalah SPSS for Windows 24.0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah diperoleh bahwa, strategic supplier partnership, information sharing, dan supply chain management berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap competitive advantage sedangkan customer relationship tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap competitive advantage
