Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of work stress, authoritarian
leadership style, and compensation on turnover intention in Supermarket Mulia
Departement Store. The subjects in this study were employees of Supermarket
Mulia Departement Store with a total of 136 respondents who were selected using
purposive sampling technique. The data obtained is then processed using multiple
linear regression analysis. Based on the analysis, the results show that work
stress have a significant positive effect on turnover intention, authoritarian
leadership style have a significant positive effect on turnover intention, and
compensation have a significant negative effect on turnover intention
