Abstract

Puri mataram tourism is the second business unit managed by BUMDes Tridadi Makmur by carrying out the concept of ancient Mataram culture. Human resources employees and the use of social media that has not been optimal have been the issues until today, and by the end of 2020 it happened to be financial decreased dute to Covid19 pandemic. The purposes of this research is to find out how the performance and the factors that influence the performance of BUMDes Tridadi Makmur in the management of Mataram Palace tourism 2020. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive analytic method. The results of this study indicate that the performance that has been carried out on responsiveness is still lacking, namely the provision of facilities is not optimal, the implementation of the health protocol on weekends is still careless. In addition, there is also the location of the complaint channel which is not known by tourists. The accountability for 2020 experienced a delay in reporting. Furthermore, regarding the performance factor in infividuals, there is still a low quality of human resources working in Mataram palace tours.
