Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh Kepemimpinan Autentik terhadap Komitmen Afektif, dengan Kepercayaan pada Pemimpin sebagai mediator di Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah staf kependidikan di Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Untuk penelitian ini, sebanyak 132 responden dipilih dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji langsung dan tidak langsung terstandardisasi dalam perhitungan daring Sobel. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Autentik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Afektif. Selain itu, pengaruh Kepemimpinan Autentik terhadap Komitmen Afektif.
