Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh perceived usefulness, perceived credibility dan features terhadap minat menggunakan Bank Digital di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Data dikumpulkan melalui google form dalam bentuk kuesioner. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 100 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data regresi linier berganda yang melibatkan lebih dari satu variabel independent. Penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 25 . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perceived usefulness, perceived credibility dan features berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan bank digital di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.
