Abstract

Dragon fruit is one of the horticultural products produced by Sabila Farm in Pakem District, Sleman Regency. This study aims to analyze customer satisfaction at Sabila Farm in terms of product quality, price and service quality. Respondents used in this study used an online system for consumers who buy dragon fruit at Sabila Farm to order via WhatsApp messenger. Respondents specified in this study were adjusted to consumers who bought dragon fruit at Sabila Farm via social media using the WhatsApp application due to conditions (Covid-19), totaling 24 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis. The results showed that customer satisfaction was in the very satisfied category, seen from each variable that customer satisfaction with the quality of Sabila Farm dragon fruit products was in the very satisfied category. Prices are in the satisfied category and service quality is in the very satisfied category.
