Abstract
Many welders still choose to scan or flip the workpiece during the welding process, in hard-to-reach parts or behind the workpiece and also find welders who adjust the angle position. Welding Positioner Rotary Table is a welding tool that is used to assist and facilitate welder workers in conducting the welding process to be more efficient. The way to be able to move the Welding Positioner Rotary Table Type requires a driving machine, namely an electric motor. The Welding Positioner Rotary Table Type is not only for cross-sectional tables but can also be rotated and adjusted for rotational speed. The Welding Positioner Rotary Table Type motor uses an electric motor with a speed of 2900 rpm. The electric motor is still reduced by using a gear ratio of 4: 1 and reduced again with a speed reducer of 30:1, so that the rotational speed becomes 24.16 rpm. the speed can be reset using PWM so that the speed can be adjusted according to the needs of the welder. The minimum no-load speed of the Welding Positioner Rotary Table Type is 1,992 rpm. A load of 15 kg with a 0° position can rotate 31.10 seconds or 1,929 rpm, with a 45° position it can rotate 31.15 seconds or 1,926 rpm and with a 90° position it can rotate 31.2 seconds or 1,923 rpm. Gravity and load affect the speed of the Welding Positioner Rotary Table Type , the more inclined the table angle, the rotational speed will decrease. But the effect of speed when tilting the table angle is not significant and can be considered constant.
