Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work family conflict on employee performance and work stress as an intervening variable. The subjects in the study were 146 respondents with the provisions of working at least 5 years, married or unmarried and still working at RSU Muhammadiyah Ponorogo. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires of 28 statements and observations. The data analysis technique uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) which is operated through the AMOS 22 program. The results showed that work-family conflict had a positive effect on work stress in nurses at RSU Muhammadiyah Ponorogo, work stress had a positive effect on employee performance at nurses at RSU Muhammadiyah Ponorogo, and work-family conflict had a positive effect on employee performance at nurses at RSU Muhammadiyah Ponorogo.
