Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the "Effect of Training satisfaction on Turnover Intention through Work Engagement as a Mediation Variable for the employees of the Poncol Community Health Center in Magetan". In this study, data analysis techniques were used, namely Path Analysis using IBM SPSS version 22.0 software. This study used a sampling technique with a census method in which all populations were used as respondents. This data collection is done by using questionnaires, and the data is obtained to be processed by 60. Based on the results of the analysis, training satisfaction has a significant negative effect on Turnover Intention, Training satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Work Engagement, Work Engagement has a significant negative effect on Turnover Intention, Work Engagement mediate the effect of Training Satisfaction on Turnover Intention
