Abstract
This research was conducted to analyze " the effect of transformational leadership style and organizational climate on turnover intention with organizational commitment as a mediation variable (study on millennial generation employees at PT. telkom witel Balikpapan and PT. Telkom Witel Samarinda)", in this study using data analysis techniques, namely Path Analysis (analysis line). This study uses a sampling technique with purposive sampling method. This data collection was carried out using the Google Form distribution, and the data obtained for processing was 107. Based on the results of the analysis, the Transformational Leadership Style had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, Organizational Climate had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and the Transformational Leadership Style had a negative and significant effect. on turnover intention, organizational climate has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, organizational commitment mediates transformational leadership style on turnover intention, and organizational commitment mediates organizational climate on turnover intention on employees of PT. Telkom Witel Balikpapan and PT. Telkom Witel Samarinda
