Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness the implementation of information quality, service quality and human resource competence on organizational performance. The subjects in this study were MSMEs engaged in the food sector in Yogyakarta. In this study, the sample consisted of 113 respondents who were selected using the random sampling technique method. The analytical tool used in this study is SPSS ver 22.Based on the analysis that has been done, it is found that the results of information quality have a positive effect on organizational performance, service quality does not have a significant positive effect on organizational performance, HR competencies have a significant positive effect on organizational performance.
