Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of job training and motivation on
employee performance at the Regional Library and Archives Service, Penukal
Abab Lematang Ilir Regency. The subjects of this study were employees of the
Regional Library and Archives Service, Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency.
This study used a sample of 32 respondents who were determined by the
sampling technique using non-probability sampling with the saturated sample
method. The analytical tool used in this study uses Multiple Linear Regression
Analysis SPSS software version 21.0
The results of this study indicate that the job training variable has a
significant positive effect on employee performance, the motivation variable has a
significant positive effect on employee performance, and the job training and
motivation variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance.
