Abstract

This research was conducted at Muhammadiyah Junior High School Need and
Muhammadiyah Junior High School Jono. By analyzing the effect of Work – Family Conflict
and Work Stress on Employee Performance. The subjects of this study were all teachers and
employees who were married or lived at home with their parents at Muhammadiyah Junior
High School Need and Muhammadiyah Junior High School Jono with 33 employees. This
research uses SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) analysis tool with SPSS version
26 software.
Based on research that has been conducted on employees at Muhammadiyah Junior
High School Need and Muhammadiyah Junior High School Jono, the results obtained that
work-family conflict variables have a negative and significant effect on employee
performance, while work stress has no effect on employee performance, and work-family
conflict and work stress have no effect on employee performance. employee performance
