Abstract

As a living being in this world, it is necessary to develop oneself which aims
for the sustainability of life. And it must also be based on the understanding of each
living creature or individual itself. Self development can increase one's awareness
and also needs to be understood so that these aspects can be achieved properly.
The research used by the researcher is descriptive quantitative research. by
using Google forms as an aid in disseminating questionnaires to followers with a
total population of 319,300 and a sample of 443 respondents.
The highest motive in this study is the motive for feedback and personal use
because looking for reviews about something is one of the goals of millennial
generation women in using social media. Content in the form of reviews is
considered to help these millennial generation women to find information. Women
who have unpleasant experiences for themselves due to overly trusting others, often
get bad comments from their families, have a bad view of themselves and their
appearance, cannot accept themselves as they should have a high sense of
insecurity. This is why women dominate in the motive of feedback and personal
use because they find a content that can answer or even represent their feelings
through content created by Ananza.
Highly confident and competitive people often have an ambitious attitude.
Of course, an ambitious attitude is a sign of a desire to always give the best, but
ambitious still has a dark side. The attitude possessed by the more individualistic
gen z makes them feel they don't have to depend on others. In this case it's like to
find new friends who have an interest in developing themselves with themselves.
So this is the reason why this network motif has the lowest mean value compared
to the other three motifs. So the need to find new friends in this motif does not make
it a fulfillment of the main needs of its followers
