Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada Hotel @HOM Premiere, Timoho, Yogyakarta. Sebanyak 120 orang terlibat sebagai sampel/responden penelitian yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disampaikan secara langsung kepada target sampel. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap OCB.
