STRATEGI PENGELOLAAN KREDIT BERMASALAH PADA PT NUSA SURYA CIPTA DANA PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 (Studi Pada Perusahaan Leasing PT Nusa Surya Cipta Dana Cabang Bantul Tahun 2021)

This study aims to formulate a strategy in managing non-performing loans during financing due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The object of this research, the authors use the object, namely the factors that cause non-performing loans from PT Nusa Surya Cipta Dana, the handling and policies of the manager of PT Nusa Surya Cipta Dana towards non-performing loans that occur and the documents used to add data in this study. This study uses qualitative research with qualitative descriptive methods. Sources of data used by researchers are primary data sources. Methods of data analysis by collecting information through interviews to the conclusion stage. The results of this study indicate that the cause of non-performing loans at the leasing company PT Nusa Surya Cipta Dana Bantul is influenced by 2 factors, namely internal and external factors. The non-performing loan management strategy is influenced by increased revenue and efficiency.
