Pengaruh Program Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini Integrasi Cegah Stunting (Paud-Incasting) Melalui Media Audiovisual Untuk Peningkatan Asupan Makan Pada Anak Prasekolah

Stunting is an assessment of nutritional status based on indicators of body length according to age (PB / U) or height for age (TB / U) and anthropometric results show a ZScore <-2 to -3 (short / stuned) and <-3 ( very short / severe stuned). One of the factors of stunting experienced by preschoolers is food intake. Food intake is a constituent of food ingredients needed by the body, namely carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals. The provision of proper food intake is influenced by nutritional knowledge which will affect the nutritional status of children, so that health education is needed about understanding the prevention of stunting. One of the media that is effective in educating children is audiovisual media, because it combines elements of the sense of sight and hearing that work well. The audiovisual media used is an audio slide, which is a combination of sound and slide about preventing stunting and increasing food intake in children. The purpose of this study was to analyze the increase in food intake in preschool children after being given the influence of the PAUD Incasting program intervention through audiovisual media. This study uses a quantitative method with a quassy experiment research design. Respondents amounted to 39 preschool children using purposive sampling technique divided into the intervention group and the control group. Analysis of the data in this study using paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test. Food intake was measured using a 24-hour food recall questionnaire. The results of this study found that there was no effect of PAUD Incasting on breakfast, lunch and total intake. The absence of influence between the two variables is indicated by the calculation of the Pearson Chi square test with an error rate of 5%, the breakfast intake is p = 0.849, the lunch intake is p = 0.891 and the total food intake is p = 0.173. Meanwhile, there is an effect of PAUD Incasting on dinner intake. Increasing dinner intake after being given the PAUD Incasting intervention can change the dinner intake for preschool children.
