Abstract
The study aim to find out empirically the correlation between organizational citizenship behavior on the dimensions of altruism, courtesy, conscientiousness, sportsmanship, and civic virtue with psychological well-being in the aspects of self-acceptance, positive relation with other, Autonomy, Environmental Mastery, and the purpose of life. The research method used in this study was a quantitative approach with the correlational model. The results show that the correlation between organizational citizenship behavior and psychological well-being is in a perfect category. The results of the analysis obtained correlation coefficient data (rxy) of 0.857 with p=0.000 (p<0.050). Therefore, there is a significant positive correlation between organizational citizenship behavior and psychological well-being. This correlation is classified as a very strong or perfect correlation.
