Abstract

ThisstudyaimstotestTransformationalLeadership,LeaderMemberExchange (LMX),andorganizationalcultureininfluencingTurnoverIntentioninPT.BPRSBDW Yogyakarta.Itusedquantitativemethods. Datacollectionwasdonebydistributing questionnairestotheemployeeswhoworkedatPT.BPRSBDW Yogyakarta.Thisstudy used non probabilitysampling i.e. using saturated sampling. The numberof questionnairesdistributedwas37questionnairesandanalyzedusingSPSS.Theresults showedthattransformationalleadershipandleadermemberexchangevariableshada significantnegativeinfluenceonTurnoverIntention,buttheculturalvariableofthe organization did nothave an influence on the variable ofTurnoverIntention of employeesofPTBPRSBDWYogyakartaitself
