Abstract

This research focuses on communication management marketing carried
out bythe social media account Instagram infokost. Jogja in marketing boarding
and rented rooms in the city of Yogyakarta. Marketing communication
management through social media is expected to be a reference and learning for
those who want to market boarding and rented rooms to be more effective and
efficient in marketing through social media, especially Instagram. Furthermore,
this study aims to answer the question How is the marketing communication
management of the @infokost.jogja social media account in using Instagram
social media to attract interest followers.
The type of research conducted is qualitative research with a qualitative
descriptive approach. Data collection methods were obtained from interviews
and documentation found in the field.
The results of this study indicate that Infokost. Jogja uses four basic or four
important pillars that form the basis of social media marketing, namely: Reading
the Market, Creating Content, Disseminating Content, and Discussing. After
carrying outmarketing activities on social media with various theories of online
marketing communication, the authors conclude that marketing communication
management is carried out by infokost. Jogja can attract interest followers'.
Before creating content, the infokost.Jogja party first reads the market and then
continues by creating interestingcontent, after that it is continued by distributing
content with the standard from the infokost. Jogja party, then building a good
relationship with followersitsby means of discussion. Therefore, the authors
hope that this research can be useful for similar parties, the management of
infokost. Jogja and further research.
