Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work environment, compensation,
and workload on employee performance at Yogyakarta Post Office. The subjects
in this research are employees who have worked at Yogyakarta Post Office for a
minimum of 2 years. In this study, the sample tested was 60 respondents who were
selected using the purposive method for at least 2 years. In this study, the sample
tested was 60 respondents who were selected using the purposive sampling method.
The analytical tool used in this research is Multiple Regression Analysis. Based on
the analysis that has been done, the results show that the work environment and
compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance and
workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance.
