Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Personnal Reasorces on Turnover
Intention through Work Engagement as mediation on PT. SVARA Inovasi Indonesia
Bandung. This study used a sample of 35 respondents determined by sampling techniques
using probability sampling with purposive sampling method. This analysis uses Path
Analysis with SPSS 20 software.
The results of this study show that the variable Personal Resources (OrganizationalBase Self-Esteem, Optimism) positively affects Work Engagement. Personal Resources
(Self-Efficacy) variables have no effect on Work Engagement. Variable Personal Resources
(Self-Efficacy Organizational-Base Self-Esteem, Optimism), and Work engagement have no
effect on Turnover Intention. Variable Personal Resources (Self-Efficacy OrganizationalBase Self-Esteem, Optimism) has no effect on Turnover Intention through Work
Engagement.
