STRATEGI DAKWAH KULTURAL USTADZ ULIN NUHA MELALUI KESENIAN WAYANG DALAM PROGRAM ACARA AKSI “AKADEMI SAHUR INDONESIA”

This research aims to find out the concept of da'wah of Ustadz Ulin Nuha and to
understand Cultural Da'wah Strategies of Ustadz Ulin Nuha through puppet arts in the
program of AKSI or Akademi Sahur Indonesia. The approach in this study was qualitative
and in descriptive form by analyzing the da'wah strategies in one of the private television
programs uploaded in one of social media platforms called Youtube by collecting images,
videos, and articles. It was carried out by observing the objects in Youtube videos and
related article data about Ustadz Ulin Nuha as well as with articles and journals about
Akademi Sahur Indonesia program. Beside collecting videos, articles and journals, the
researcher also collected books related to da'wah strategies and modern da'wah related to
arts or culture. Some of the results of the research: 1) The concept of da'wah carried out by
Ustadz Ulin was by using Javanese culture starting from the outfit to da'wah material related
to Javanese elements and with a more modern appearance so that it was easily accepted by
the public 2) Da'wah strategies of Ustadz Ulin were also not far from the concept that he did
namely mixing da'wah material and culture that was easily understood 3) Tausiyah strategy
carried out by Ustadz Ulin also had entertainment intermezzo so that the audience could
be entertained and did not feel it was too monotonous.
