Abstract
Jamur Crispy P.15 merupakan salah satu usaha yang menjual produk olahan jamur
tiram di DIY secara franchise. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan profil konsumen, profil produk dan tingkat loyalitas konsumen Jamur Crispy P.15 di DIY. Pengampilan lokasi penelitian dilakukan dengan sengaja. Pengambilan sampel konsumen secara accidental sampling sebanyak 150 responden, dari 6 outlet. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskripsi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsumen Jamur
