Abstract

This watchfulness discusses to hit campaign planning format, campaign program implementation up to that campaign result cvaluation stage Supeno-Najib in regency regional leader election Banjamegara 2006. Watchfulness method that used qualitative method with approaches case study and researcher as watchfulness principal instrument, where does the data collecting done to pass interview deepen, litcrature study and documentation, with direct obscrvation towards object that is canvassed. The aim get description comprehensive hit background, characters with special character from phenomenon that in campaign strategy that are done by Supeno-Najib In campaign team activity the practice regent candidate regent deputy candidate can not he released from communication principles because poltcies campaign basically bc a form of communication, where is candidate / campaign expert submit various message (verbal and non verbal) to reaches sympathy and voter support. From author observation result, can be said that campaign strategy that run by Nona in general walk well. campaign platuting stage is run to pass scries analysis likes problem analysis, aim stipulating, planning and program development, public scgrnentation, message arrangement, message dclivery method stipulating, media election, communicator part up to program execution planning. campaign implementation stage is donc with carry out amount of campaign program shaped action program and non-action, in this stage is campaign team can to carry out cntire programs plan, even if still there are some obstacle that causes amount of program walks less optimal or forced minimized. in the case of cvaluation, campaign tcam Nona apply evaluation in level attitude and voter behavior that realized in process evaluation and result evaluation.
