PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, KOMUNIKASI DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN BPRS BDW BANGUN DERAJAT WARGA YOGYAKARTA

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui : 1) Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT BPRS Bangun Derajat Warga Yogyakarta. 2) Pengaruh Komunikasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT BPRS Bangun Derajat Warga Yogyakarta. 3) Pengaruh Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT BPRS Bangun Derajat Warga Yogyakarta
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif dengan subyek penelitian yaitu karyawan tetap PT BPRS Bangun Derajat Warga Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 42 karyawan tetap dan 2 orang karyawan sementara, peneliti menyebarkan kuisioner sejumlah karyawan di PT tersebut, akan tetapi kuisioner hanya kembali dengan jumlah 39 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner/angket terstruktur dengan wawancara sebagai penguat dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan. Kemudian alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS).
Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT BPRS Bangun Derajat Warga Yogyakarta, dengan nilai P-Value sebesar 0,001 (Sig < 0,05). 2) Komunikasi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT BPRS Bangun Derajat Warga Yogyakarta ditunjukkan dengan nilai P-Value sebesar 0,196 (Sig < 0,05). 3) Motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT BPRS Bangun Derajat Warga Yogyakarta dengan hasil nilai P-Value sebesar 0,002 (Sig < 0,05).

This study is aimed to determine 1) the influence of leadership style on the performance of employee PT BPRS Bangun Derajat Warga Yogyakarta. 2) The influence of communication on the performance of employee PT BPRS Bangun Derajat Warga Yogyakarta. 3) The influence of motivation on the performance of employee PT BPRS Bangun Derajat Warga Yogyakarta.
This study used associative quantitative research. The subject of this study is the permanent employees PT BPRS Bangun Derajat Warga Yogyakarta. The total numbers of the subject are 42 permanent employees and 2 temporary employees. The researcher gives the questionnaires to the whole subjects but the returned questionnaires are 30. The data collecting technique used is questionnaire or structured questionnaire and interview as data amplifier. For analyzing the data, the researcher used Partial Least Square (PLS).
The results of this study show that: 1) leadership style has positive effect on the performance of employees PT BPRS Bangun Derajat Warga Yogyakarta with the P-Value 0,001 (Sig < 0, 05). 2) Communication does not have significance effect on PT BPRS Bangun Derajat Warga Yogyakarta with the P-Value 0,196 (Sig < 0, 05). 3) Motivation has significance positive effect PT BPRS Bangun Derajat Warga Yogyakarta with the P-Value 0,002 (Sig < 0, 05).
