Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational climate, work stress, and motivation on employee performance during the COVID-19 pandemic at PT Xinda Sports Technology Industri in Tangerang. In this study, a total of 171 questionnaires were distributed, and only 120 questionnaires could be processed using purposive sampling technique. The data obtained were then processed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 21.0 software. Based on the analysis that has been done, the results show that the organizational climate variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance, the work stress variable has a significant negative effect on performance and the motivation variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance.
