Abstract

Chapter five Conclusion and Recommendation
This chapter presents the conclusion of this research. It provides the conclusion of the background of this research, some theories that support this research, how this research is conducted and the findings of this research. In the end of this session, researcher gives some recommendations for some parties.
Conclusion
In conclusion, the students got a lot of advantages from Daily English Speech Program. Based on the finding, there are found six advantages of DESP. The first, resident perceives that DESP reduces anxiety and fear when speaking in front of people. Second, resident perceives that DESP develops self-confidence. Third, Resident perceives that DESP improves communication skill. Fourth, resident perceives that DESP helps residents to know and memorize new vocabularies. Fifth, Resident perceives that DESP helps residents to be able to gain and gather the information. Sixth, resident perceives that DESP develops residents' English skills.
Besides, students faced some challenges in joining DESP. According to the interview transcript, there are five findings related to the second research question. First, residents face the problem in selecting the appropriate topic. Second, residents face a problem in linguistics areas. Third, residents face the problem in facing afraid of making mistake. Fourth, residents face the problem in preparing the material. Fifth, students face the problem in understanding the audiences. Sixth, Students face the problem in choosing delivery style.
