Abstract
Stereotypes about the millennial generation, represent them as self - centre, unmotivated, disrespectful, and disloyal with their partner. The millennials' are synonymous with high employee turnover intention compared to the previous generation. This study aims to analyze the influence of work passion, work engagement, job satisfaction on millennials' employee turnover intention at PT. Herba Emas Wahidatama Purbalingga. The literature review in this study focuses on the influence of work passion, work engagement and job satisfaction on turnover intention, and explore the mediating effect on work engagement and job satisfaction. The respondents are the millennials’ employees who have worked for at least one year. This study applies path analysis and indirect influence test (Sobel test) to test the hypotheses using SPSS as an analytical program. Results, the findings of this study, Work passion and job satisfaction have a significant negative effect on millennials' employee turnover intention at PT. Herba Emas Wahidatama Purbalingga, work engagement has no significant negative effect on millennials' employee turnover intention at PT.
