Abstract

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Person - Organization Fit dan Job Satisfaction terhadap Turnover Intention melalui Work Engagement mediasi pada karyawan PT. BPR Surya Yudhakencana Banjarnegara. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu karyaan tidak tetap. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 142 responden yang ditentukan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling . Analisis ini menggunakan Path Analysis dengan software SPSS 21.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Person - Organization Fit , Job Satisfaction dan Work Engagemen berpengaruh negatif terhadap Turnover Intention . Variabel Person - Organization Fit berpengaruh positif terhadap Work Engagement . Variabel Peson - Organization Fit dapat berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap Turnover Intention melalui Work Engagement .</p>
