PENGARUH PELAKSANAAN BUDAYA KESELAMATAN PASIEN TERHADAP INSIDEN KESALAMATAN PASIEN DI DR. SOEDONO MADIUN

Background: The Concept of patient safety culture is an important aspect in health service organization, including hospitals because by preserving a patient safety culture, the quality of health services will be good. The study timed to investigate the influence of patient safetyimplementation on patient safety incidence Methods: The research method used mixed method with a sequential explanatory strategy. The total population was 281 respondents, consisting of doctors, nurses, midwives and other health workers. The research instrument used a questionnaire with 12 dimensions of HSPSC patient safety culture. Data collection techniques was done by fulfilling google form, and interviews. Interviews were conducted on 10 respondents. The analysis of this research used descriptive statistics, the correlation test was done by using classical assumption tests, regression coefficients, multiple linear regression, and thematic analysis for interviews. Results and discussion: On the hole, the implementation of patient safety culture at Dr. Soedono Regional Public Hospital of Madiun has achieved good measurement results, as much as 85.09%. However, of the 12 dimensions there were still 2 dimensions with moderate measuring results, while 10 dimensions have achieved good measurement results. Multiple linear regression test results, feedback variables, Operations and transitions, management support, supervisors, crossunit cooperation and within units have an effect significant towards IKP. The results of the interviews in general have gone well, but have not been maximized, especially in the frequency of patient safety reporting incidents and staffing. Conclusion: The implementation of the safety culture dimension has been carried out well. Of the 12 dimensions of patient safety culture, there were 6 dimensions that affected the patient safety incidents.
