Abstract
Background : Hospital is a unique organization, because
hospitals are full of capital, human resources, technology and
science, and regulatory. The quality and quality of good service
will be largely determined by the role of the human resources in
it. This is in line with one of the missions of the Patut Patuh Patju
Hospital, namely the hospital will be committed to continuously
improving and strengthening the quality of healthy, intelligent,
and competitive human resources. The purpose of this study was
to analyze the influence of job satisfaction and organizational
culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and the
performance of nurses at Patut Patuh Patju Hospital.
Research Method: This type of research is quantitative with an
instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The sampling technique
uses total sampling, all nurses working in the inpatient
installation of the Patut Patuh Patju Hospital. Data analysis using
SPSS 16.0 for windows.
Research Results: Job satisfaction, Organizational Culture and
Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) simultaneously have
a positive effect on the Performance of Inpatient Nurses at Patut
Patuh Patju Hospital (p = 0,00 (p < 0,05)) with a contribution of
69.1% with a correlation coefficient of 0.832 (very strong).
