This study depicts how determination process of program event of in BBM FM is as one forming of function of management of program done by BBM. Purpose of this research that is description of management of program for radio program being based on culture in Radio Komunitas BBM ( Culture Hall Minomartani) in its the bearing to preserve local culture passed progranune broadcast presented by Radio BBM. Theory framework in this research that is, sees how determination process and compilation of program as one of function of from management of program. Rescarch method used in this study is qualitative descriptive with qualitative data analysis.
